OTREN is a teacher-driven network designed to support student growth via the professional learning of educators in every stage of career development. We emphasize local context to ensure our series-based professional learning is responsive to the needs of our region.

Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network Aim:
Educators will apply learnings from their participation in high-quality Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network programming to improve their practice, grow professionally, and positively impact student learning.
Who We Are
The Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network serves 21 school districts in eastern Oregon. OTREN supports more than 3,600 educators who serve over 24,000 students in four counties -- Morrow, Umatilla, Union and Baker.
What We Do
OTREN aims to provide high-quality professional learning to all educators on the career continuum – from paraprofessionals to administrators. Our professional learning is:
